The Iraq Middle Market Development Foundation (“IMMDF”) is a not-for-profit organization with a mission to support the economic development of Iraq and assist in the creation of jobs for Iraqis by making loans to Iraqi small and medium size businesses and financial institutions.

IMMDF obtained its license to operate in Iraq in November 2004 with a goal to provide loans to Iraqi companies that would not otherwise be able to secure financing on reasonable terms as a means of stimulating employment growth and the reconstruction of Iraq.
